Mozzafiato Type V FAST

Fast E61 heat-up, no plumbing required. The Mozzafiato V FAST brings the actively heated group head to a vibration pump package that runs entirely from its reservoir. Fill the tank, plug in, and you are pulling shots in 15 minutes. Chrome finish.

Same platform as the R FAST with a vibration pump instead of rotary. Insulated 1.8 L copper boiler, OLED display with shot timer, PID temperature control, dual pressure gauges (black, V model), and rear programming keys. Interchangeable steam tip set available. Designed by Valerio Cometti + V12 Design. Handcrafted in Milan.

Ideal forHome baristas who want fast E61 heat-up and OLED shot tracking without needing a water line connection. A natural upgrade from the Mozzafiato Cronometro V.
