Matcha is made from Gyokuro, Japan’s highest grade and most prestigious green tea. The leaves are de-veined and slowly stone ground into a fine powder. Matcha can also be used in cooking, baking and for power shakes. Matcha contains higher concentrations of antioxidants than any other tea.
