The SIBARIST PROFILERS are a set of tools used to modify and alter the contact surface within the filter for flatbed dripper brews, altering the extraction strength and the drawdown flow and finally providing a different and unique sensory cup profile.
Each PROFILER has a different contact surface/free space ratio, starting from 25% to 85% open areas. A 15% increase between each PROFILER from I (1) to V (5). Each PROFILER can increase or reduce the extraction yield and drawdown, depending on the dripper and filter used, becoming a tool to experiment with on your brewing set up, and find which PROFILER helps you to extract the best in each extraction.
There are two PROFILER packs available; one with PROFILERS I (25%), III (55%), IV (70%) and V (85%) for the people who already have the SIBARIST BOOSTER (40%), and another that also includes the BOOSTER.
