One of the most capable JURA machines, the JURA Z10 Diamond Black not only produces 32 different coffee specialties, but also includes both hot and cold drinks.
A complex menu
From the classic espresso to more complex drinks such as a cold brew latte macchiato, the Z10 can do it all. The JURA Cold Extraction Process enables the machine to create cold brew specialties, but in a specialized way. Instead of simply making cold versions of coffees, the Cold Extraction Process uses cold water from the start to brew the drink. This water is pulsed through the ground coffee, and by the time it reaches your cup, it is a delightful coffee that is as flavourful as it is refreshing. The Cold Extraction Process pulses at a slower rate than a hot coffee, but that is just an indication that the cold extraction is working. Through this slow pulsing process, the machine is taking the time to extract all the fruitful flavours of the coffee.
If milk specialties are what you look for in an espresso machine, you can rest assured the Z10 can serve those to you as well. The machine’s 32-item menu includes drinks such as cortados and flat whites, so you don’t have to miss out on any of the milk specialties while using the Z10.
An intelligent machine
With such a wide array of drink choices, the Z10 also employs a Product Recognizing Grinder (P.R.G.) that automatically switches the grinder’s consistency settings depending on which specialty you choose. The machine also features a 4.3-inch touchscreen and a Blue Crystal Rotary Switch, making the user experience as seamless and as simple as possible.
