Hot and cold from the same machine. The Z10 is JURA’s flagship home super-automatic and the first to brew genuine cold brew specialties alongside the full range of hot drinks. Thirty-two one-touch beverages, Swiss-engineered with the Product Recognizing Grinder that adjusts itself for every drink.
The P.R.G. electronically reads which specialty you selected and instantly sets the grind fineness. Coarser for cold brew, finer for espresso. The Cold Extraction Process pulses cold water at high pressure through freshly ground coffee for authentic cold brew flavour without the 12-hour wait. Eighth-generation 3D brewing, P.E.P. extraction, 10 strength levels, 3 brewing temperatures, Smart Mode AI, and a 4.3″ touchscreen with Rotary Switch. Wi-Fi Connect included. Freshly ground, not capsuled.
