Warning: this honey is thick. The average consumer probably just clicked next, but for those still interested in this amazing crystalized honey hear us out. Almost all widely available honey is pasteurized and devoid of flavor, nutrients and plant pollen. In other words they destroy the honey with heat. Not cool. This magical jar contains honey that has never been heated and contains all the amazing botanical magic the bees worked so hard to produce. It tastes like flowers. Our little Vermont bees gave everything they had to fill these jars and helped us win a Good Food Award
A note on raw honey: This honey has never been heated which means it crystallizes over time. This thickening of the honey is completely natural and does not mean the honey has gone bad. You can enjoy it crystalized or place it in warm water to gently return it to liquid form.
