When exposed to the outdoor elements copper will change colors over time as it develops a patina which adds a layer of protection against the natural elements. This process is completely natural and takes many years for the color to change from the shiny brown of new copper to the unique green of older copper. The 12-inch 304 stainless steel burner produces 65,000 BTUs of heat and glimmering flames. Lava rock is included with this fire bowl. If substituting for fire glass, 80 pounds is recommended. This unit features match light ignition.

This fire feature is backed by The Outdoor Plus’s lifetime warranty on the burner ring and burner bars, with 1-year residential coverage on the fire bowl body (GFRC, copper, or stainless finish), electronics, gas valve, and pilot assembly, and 5-year coverage on stainless steel and aluminum pans. Natural weathering of copper and Corten steel finishes is excluded from coverage.
