Primo’s Heat Deflector Rack is a great accessory to have to extend the cooking surface up to the opening of your Primo Round Kamado Grill when cooking directly over the coals. By adding a Primo pizza stone (sold separately) to the rack, you can use it as a heat deflector to turn your kamado into an oven, roaster or smoker.
