Directions: Can be used hot or cold. Neck wrap can be stored in your freezer long term or for at least 20 minutes. Keep it in a plastic bag to avoid getting the flaxseed wet, as it can spoil. For heat, place neck wrap in microwave for 1 to 2 minutes. Do not overheat, and check temperature before putting on skin.
