- Flush & Offset – Flush means the door and jamb (doorframe) are at the same level. Offset is the distance between the level of the door and jamb (doorframe). Please follow the picture instructions to measure the offset accurately.
- Item Specifications – Overall Size: 10″ x 6-1/2″. Drilled and countersunk for 1/4″ (6.0 mm) flat-head screws. Built-in dwell holds door open beyond 130°.
